We contracted them to do bathroom counter and shower seat granite. They short cut the granite countertop citing that they had to in order to avoid damaging our warped wall. They dinged the wall anyway, so it really didn't matter if they had cut the granite to fit!. The gouge would have just been a little deeper. They refused to cut us another piece or even fill the 1/8" gaps on each side with epoxy for us. When we refused to pay until they fixed it, they stalled us on the phone and entered our home without our consent or knowledge and took the counter back. They damaged our woodwork and walls further when taking it back also. They knew that we could not go without it because we had a seat already made to match. They also did not return phone calls when I asked for some epoxy to fix their error. They refused to drop it off stating that they are not in the area despite the fact that I had seen many tags on granite going to our area. So I had to pick up the epoxy myself to fill the cracks. Unbelievably rude owner who was keeping our deposit claiming that they had had to come out several times (charging $200/visit!) when two visits were due to the large gaps. I would never recommend them to anyone!
