HORRIBLE!! I am in the design business and I did a complete home renovation, so I have extensive experience with contractors with zero concerns. This company first sent out a contract templater who got the layout wrong. Upon installation, I notifed them immediately and they admitted it was their error and would rectify it. However, instead of making my counters from new granite slabs, they tried to fix the original slab and it was a hack job!! It then took over a week, a threat to revoke payment, and we had to drive out to their location to get a response. The owner finally came to my house and said the job was "not that bad" and told me that I reminded him of his wife with my complaints. They originally promised us excellent workmanship to justify their high prices and we received the extreme opposite. The owner said he wanted to rip the counter tops out of my kitchen so he didn't have to deal with me. I am not embellishing his statements, this is literally what was said to me. We had been weeks without an oven as we had to disconnect our gas, and he could not care less about our inconvenience. He offered to do an on-site fix with grinders which would create an huge mess with dust, not to mention a refurbished product, so we refused. He finally agreed to replace my countertops when I would not relent. He literally laughed at my request for a discount/compensation for our troubles. In all my years of design and renovations, I have never experienced anything quite like this fiasco. However, I have shared my experience with all of my colleagues and clients, to spare people from having a similar horrible experience with this company and their third party contractors.
