We stopped into Custom Granite when we were visiting a neighbouring stone supplier that we thought had what we wanted. Super happy we did. Custom Granite had an extensive selection with the absolute perfect slabs for our kitchen reno. My wife and I were originally planning on doing a quartzite island and quartz around the perimeter, but after falling in love with an piece of quartzite that you'd never believe existed in nature, we had to re-route and use it everywhere.

Jen was super helpful along the way, Remo did a great job templating, and the install was so quick when I went down to check in on them, they were cleaning up their tools.

With an extensive reno that we're self-managing, we've worked with many vendors - suppliers and trades, Custom Granite was one of the best experiences from start to finish. They did what they said they were going to do, at a competitive price, and on the timeline promised.

For anyone looking for granite, shop around but be sure to visit Custom Granite after you’ve been to the others. They have a huge selection to browse. It was difficult choosing between the beautiful granite slabs and quartz. Pricing is competitive and several edge choices were included.
Tom Lafford managed our order. He was professional and able to answer any questions we had. The templator was very precise in measurements and the fabrication team produced a beautiful Ceaserstone counter-top with patterns at the seams that are very well matched. The installers covered the floors with work sheets and vacuumed when finished. The seam bonding and sink install were perfect. You have to really look to find the seams.

Mike and his entire team, from measuring to product to installation and coordination was beyond professional and at a responsible price point. We've used his product on serveral homes we've renovated and every time he never disappoints us. Highest quality - both product and service!

He helped to walk us through the process step by step and ensured all questions were answered along the way. Installation was quick and the team was very professional and personable. We used Custom Granite and marble for replacement of the counter tops in the kitchen. They have great granite selection and very good prices . All steps of the project were perfect including sales , measurements and installation . The staff is nice , professional and punctual .

We used Custom Granite Ltd for 2 bathroom counter tops and 3 counter tops in the kitchen. I really like their selection and quotation process. At the front desk they take your drawings and measurements. They took us to the showroom where we were able to wander around viewing the granite slabs by ourselves without a salesperson looking over our shoulders. While we were viewing the granite slabs in the showroom they prepared the quote sheet for each of the 8 price groups of granite and 4 price groups of quartz. Tom brought the quote sheet to us, introduced himself, answered our questions and then left to let us continue viewing the slabs. Each slab had a price group labelled, so now we had an idea about what it was going to cost. The samples we were allowed to take home were large at 6 inch by 6 inch. After 3 visits to the showroom to view the various granite slabs and then take home samples we selected Giallo Ornamental Light for the bathroom counter tops and Azul Platino for the kitchen counter tops. The measurement process went smooth. The person showed up on time and was done in 2 hours. The men who came to install the granite did a good job. The granite counter tops fit correctly so the person doing the cutting followed the measurements. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

As part of our home upgrades, we decided that the old Arborite counter-top in the kitchen had outlived its usefulness. We shopped several granite sources, obtained quotations and examined their granite displays. By far, the Custom Granite experience was excellent -- we made three visits for more samples, agonized over the final choice and selected Star Galaxy -- a black granite with tiny reflective surfaces embedded in it -- like a beautiful night sky.
The installation went quite well -- Custom Granite folks removed the old counter-top and replaced in in less than a day, including installation of a magnificent Stainless Steel sink purchased from Custom Granite. [I did the plumbing later, including replacing the faucet]. The result is spectacular -- the Ogee edge was done skillfully [although it is not quite as shiny as the top surface because the latter is sealed at the Granite Quarry] -- rounded exterior corners are a delight, a pleasant change from the old counters. Workmanship was excellent, the installers were polite, capable, worked neatly and were able to manage one huge slab about 42" x 6-1/2" by themselves. We are extremely pleased with the result and our dealings with Custom Granite -- they did what they said they would do -- and very well.

We were looking to replace our existing countertops with granite. After researching and getting quotations from many companies we started visiting each of the showrooms. Custom Granite had full slabs of granite in their back storage area available to look at and 12"x12" samples to actually take home to view. Many of the installation companies have no granite on site, just pictures or samples on the wall. It was nice to be able to take something home to decide upon. We went with them in the end, the guy doing the templating was there within a few days, and the installation was complete within two weeks. Installation went well, and we are extremely pleased with the end result. No hesitation in recommending them.
