Gilbert scheduled our spring maintenance and actually was able to send Harry before our appointment date. We had concerns about the A/C coil. Harry arrived before our appointment time and performed the necessary checks and tests and told us everything was okay. He explained what might have caused the problem last summer and told us how to adjust the a/c settings to prevent this from becoming an issue again. The good news was that we didnt need to replace the coil. Since we have a service membership, we didnt even have to pay for the service call.
