Complete Reshingle

Original Roof needed to be replaced.
Selected Deluca from four bids. We were impressed by the thorough inspection followed by written estimate.
This was not the lowest bid. (in fact it was second highest) but it won out when all considerations were done.
The company was on site by noon with two roofing teams and gone by supper. This was complete removal and install including all flashing and vents.
6 years have passed with no problems.
When the time comes to replace this roof, if we are still here, there will be no question as to who will do the work...DELUCA!

Entire roof fixed

Time replace to the roof, there was no leak but it needed to be replace. Our neighbours had theirs done and recommended DeLuca. They were on time, stayed within estimate, good clean up, finished on time as well. I'm proud of my new roof.

Roof Shingles

They replaced my old shingles with 40 year new shingles. They did an excellent job, especially with their daily and over-all cleaning after they finished. Very professional job, we would highly recommend their service!

new roof

Company was very efficient. Work was completed as agreed and they cleaned up to our satisfaction. We did have a leak through a vent in a bathroom which was repaired and also through the fan in the kitchen. The company fixed that problem as well and the water damaged the fan which they replaced. In the end we were very satisfied.

Roof vent addition

I am once again impressed with DeLuca Roofing. They show up on time, complete work within their estimated time and cost, and leave the area clean when work is complete.

I left a message at DeLuca during the holidays to get a new bathroom vent installed on our roof which DeLuca had reshingled last year. The installer called the next day, arrived within an hour of the phone call and was done within an hour with a cleanly installed bathroom vent.

brand new roof

My new home was roofed by DeLuca Roofing. Almost eight years later we've had some shingles comes off the roof. DeLuca Roofing has come back quickly and professionally to fix the problem.

They were not the least expensive but their workmanship was excellent. I contacted several of their referrals and all were pleased. They also installed skylights during the work that was contracted.
