Remove fallen tree

I had a tree leaning on my shed - the trunk was rotten but the upper limbs were alive. Erik was first to call on my HomeStars quote request, came when he said he would to quote
And when he said his crew would to do the work.
His Quote was very reasonable.
I was not home when the work was done but on my return, i could see they had cleaned up every bit of debris from the tree removal, leaving my back yard pristine. I am very pleased to have worked with him.

$300.00

Exceptional Garden Transformation by Viking Tree Service!

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Viking Tree Service to tackle the overwhelming task of reviving my unruly garden, which was plagued with vines and weed trees. From start to finish, I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and efficiency.

The team at Viking Tree Service proved themselves to be true arborists, equipped with the knowledge and expertise needed to handle even the most challenging garden overgrowth. They arrived promptly, ready to tackle the project with their exceptional skills and tools. Within minutes, they assessed the situation and had a well-structured plan in place.

The speed at which they worked was truly remarkable! It seemed as though no challenge was too great for them. The vines and weed trees that had taken over my garden were skillfully removed, leaving behind a clear and usable space that I hadn't seen in years. I was amazed at how efficiently they transformed the entire area.

Furthermore, their fair pricing was an added bonus. For the quality of service they provided, I can confidently say that Viking Tree Service offers great value for money.

I highly recommend Viking Tree Service to anyone seeking professional arborists for garden revitalization. Their fast and efficient service, coupled with their friendly (dont forget to chat with Erik, who is a gem!), made the entire experience truly enjoyable. My garden has been completely transformed, thanks to Viking Tree Service's outstanding work. They are indeed the kings of arboriculture and deserve all the praise for their exceptional service!

Cut a couple of limbs, remove dead wood and trim canopy

I chose Viking tree service because Eric gave me a detailed description of what he was planning to do. He was professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the end result. He arrived late and the job was rushed and not done to my satisfaction. He spent a lot of effort on one side of the tree but not on the other half. I was expecting a lot more trimming throughout the canopy based on the high estimate and the price quoted. A large storm window was broken by a cut swinging branch on the way down. Not happy!!!!

$2,600.00

Dear Kamal,

That is a much different perspective than you shared with me at the time we performed and completed,  to your expressed satisfaction, the work.

Had there been issue, even upon reflection  over passing time, I woukd have thought that you would express it to me first to give me opportunity to reasonably satisfy our contract.

Would you be so generous as to give us the chance to address your concerns this coming week? Hopefully we can change your mind about us.

I will point out that the north part of the tree's canopy was not cleared of sucker growth to the height of the roof's peak as we discussed and was stated in writing. I saw that as we were leaving.
however, despite not commencing until nearly noon we were able to complete 95% of the work as well as do extra work on the neighbouring elm tree at the back and climb it twice to make sure you were completely satisfied. Albeit that turned out to be unnecessary as the big branch the second climb was for was kept by you for shade.
Upon departure there was plenty of time remaining in the day to revisit the tree and clear away the small branches close to the ground that we missed.
the time spent in the north half of the tree was considerable and was no more or less than required to perform the contracted work.
the South side of the tree had more deadwood and had two large limbs, in close proximity to the neighbours roof, to be carefully removed.

Please allow us the chance to make this right?

Thank you.

P.S. "..I expected a lot more trimming throughout the the canopy.."
Kamal, as I explained in detail at the time of meeting with you to provide the quote.
Good arboricultural practice is to not remove live wood from an oak unless absolutely necessary. This is because the oak is slow growing and produces and has fewer twigs, from which many leaves grow. Oak is a 'high performance' tree. I agreed to remove some of the sucker growth in the main union at 3 metres elevation to provide light.
A large picture window? a back porch window broke. I did that. And your wife was overjoyed as she had always wanted a window that opens at that location. we discussed it at length, found a contractor to to install a window matching the style of your house and I paid the cost of replacement of what you lost. We parted on a positive note.
I replied and asked how I could remedy your expressed dissatisfaction. You did not reply to that. I think maybe you are being less than fair.
Your friend, Erik.

Fallen Austrian Pine

A heavy wet snow storm resulted in this uprooted 50ft Pine tree.
Viking Tree Service was quick to respond to my call. Erik came as promised with his team & the job was completed, as was discussed.
His team was very professional, thorough & a pleasure to talk to. They did a great clean up as best they could because of the snowy day. All debris and cut up tree trunk pieces were carted away.
I would strongly recommend this company.
Thank you Erik
