I have been extremely satisfied with Award Windows Inc. for their workmanship, craftmanship, and products they offer. They recently completed the third house that I have had renovated. Their prices are competitive and within budget. This is a family owned business that takes great pride in what they offer and stands behind their guarantee. Their installers are great to work with and they took the initiative to trouble-shoot when issues arose (on my end - with deteriorated framing etc.) and offered solutions immediately. The owner actually dropped by to make sure I was fully satisfied. It's not too often, these days, that you get personable one-on-one service. I would strongly recommend Award Windows Inc. to anyone. Splendid job well done!!

Award were professional, friendly and concerned about meeting our needs. All of the employees were personable and experienced. The windows look beautiful and we are completely satisfied. The sales rep gave us some great suggestions and had tons of options to choose from. We love our new windows and doors.
Everything was installed within 2 days. The installers were excellent workers and cleaned up after they were finished.( i love that they took away all our old windows and doors!!)
Iam so happy that all of our windows can be cleaned from the inside now ( except the bow window..lol)

I was referred to Cory at Award Windows from a friend of mine.
After 33 years of scraping and painting wooden windows we both came to conclusion that they had outlived their usefulness.
Cory also brought to my attention that there was a provincial energy rebate program that would refund me 450.00 per window opening.
The windows were replaced in one day ,the installers cleaned the work area and demonstrated how the windows worked.
Cory filled out all the paperwork and followed up with us to ensure we got the rebate as promised.
Would i use Award windows again? You bet i would!

Three windows, one door ordered March 26, 2018. Installed July 4, 2018 by three excellent installers on an extremely hot and humid day. Morning after installation telephoned Award about marks on the glass and poorly applied caulking. Award agreed to replace our transom window and repair the caulking all under warranty. The transom window was replaced on November 26, 2018 but the sizing was incorrect. As of today, July 13, 2019, we continue to patiently wait for an admitted warranty problem to be completed. A written warranty and the completion of a warranty issue can be very different. Be diligent in the selection of a window and door company!!!

UPDATE--I probably was not patient enough and incorrectly did not believe that the warranty replacement window would be installed. The new window was installed today, Sept. 9 and we are extremely satisfied. Thank you Award Windows for making me a believer in your warranty! Dave Wright, Ancaster

Steve and his team are a great group to do business with. This is our our third project with them through the years, and we always get treated with courtesy and have obviously never regretted our decisions to get them to help us out. Highly recommended.

From the time we contacted Award Windows until the job was finished, they were nothing but professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We had all our windows replaced, plus the double front door and the patio door. There were no issues and they left the house clean. Jason was very helpful and patient and was able to walk us through the process so we fully understand what the job entailed. I have no hesitation recommending Award Windows and am totally satisfied with their work.

We had Award Windows replace our windows this past winter. The installers (two amazingly hard-working men, Fatos and Driton) did an excellent job, installing 11 windows, one 4-panel and one 5-panel, in one day and returning the next day to do the inside framing. We are very happy with the look of the new windows and the difference they have made regarding heat loss. Thank you to salesman Jason for a very competitive price. He also took the time to stop by to see how the work was progressing the first day. We would highly recommend this company for their quality work.
