Was told Jordon would come to clean he2 bedroom carpets. Will showed up with an assistant. was told hey would use bumpers to protect baseboards. Will didnt know about this but found 2 bumpers in the truck. The carpet cleaning was great. While returning hose and waterline to truck, some water leaked onto the hardwood hallways and stairs. Will said it mustve been. From the new trip on the water line. I wiped it all dry with paper towels. Was told by office administrator that he would have a machine for Visa. He said well he wasnt told that and he didnt have it so we could give him our card so he could write downstairs the number. We said no we would pay by e-transfer, which we did. After they left I noticed the water had left a chemical residue on the hardwood so I had to get out the floor polisher and spray to clean it up.
