Ed and his team went far above and beyond to ensure that we not only got the product and service requested, but was also an advocate for our rights as consumers - He actively fought with his suppliers to keep the pricing and timelines as promised.

He also took note that we had a months-old baby in tow, so he went out of his way to make the process as painless, clean, and unintrusive as possible. The install team were in and out in one day. Can't ask for more than true peace of mind.

We decided to remove the builder’s carpeting on our main floor. We replaced it with oak hardwood floors. Ed was absolutely the easiest to deal with. He was patient, knowledgeable and accommodating.

We recently upgraded our carpets in 4 bedrooms to Vintage hand scrapped maple engineered wood. Master bedroom was installed with 45 deg layout. Ed at Milton Hardwood worked with us throughout the process. He was patient, accommodating and listen to all of our requirements. His team installed the 1400 sq foot in a day that included removing existing carpet, prep and installing new wood which usually is a two day work effort. Overall we liked their work ethics, attention to detail especially with feathering and 45 deg installation.

Worked with Belle at Milton Hardwood Flooring for over a year trying to pick the right flooring for my house. She was very patient and insightful.

In the end, Belle found the right flooring for us and also made some recommendations that I liked. The installation was nothing short of amazing and I am so pleased with the work. Milton Hardwood Floors removed old carpeting and installed new hardwood floors in our master and guest bedrooms. We have an open concept bungalow and were looking to match new floors with our existing 13 year old floors that had been discontinued but could not find a good match. Our sales associate Belle was knowledgeable and with her level of experience was able to recommend a very good match. The installers did a great job and Was finished in 1 day. This company aims to please no matter how big or small the job.
