I purchased an abandoned storage locker at this facility. When I went to pick up the contents, to my surprise all the valuable items were missing. And they were sizeable items too. No one had an explanation as to where the stuff could be or how it went missing, stating that maybe someone “came in through the roof or the walls” *there was no visible damage or signs of entry anywhere*

We all know these units only have one door and one lock . This lock belonged to management.

If my stuff could vanish through the wall, yours could too.

Be wary, something strange happening here.

The storage is fantastic, very clean, administration it's great and very accommodating. I felt that my stuff was safe and I will definitely use Mini Mall Self Storage again in the future.

I would never use this storage facility again. They are absolutely the worst. Late fees are ridiculous. If you don't realize there are insurance fees they charge you $50 late fees for $12.95. For this i was harassed and they almost sold my unit. NEVER AGAIN!

The manager on duty was very pleasant and professional. The whole experience was a snap. The place was clean, smelled clean too!, and the locker was perfect for us. Highly recommend!

I have a storage unit here for so long if I remember 5 or 6 year's. I used it at first to store my home goods from when I had moved with my ex-fiancee. Later after moving I turned it to my little home away from home and private training gym for my fights. Still using the service with these guy's and all the ups and downs I've been going through. Mini Mall Self Storage has been there working with me all the way.Their representative's that worker this location are the best. This is, by far, the best storage facility I have ever used before. It’s always clean. The staff is beyond helpful and our stored items have never had any issues. And the prices were perfect for our budget!
