Acclaimed! Heating, Cooling & Furnace Cleaning

This company came recommended to us by Freisen's furnace installers and they certainly didn't disappoint. All vents in our house and the chimney to the fireplace are now in the shape of what a brand new dwelling would be. It's so nice to breath clean air. Can't say enough about their good work!

Great work by Wayne working in very tight conditions. It was an exceptionally hard removal of the old humidifier and tight install in a new place. The room had 9 to 18 inch clearances to work in with extra gas, heat, dryer & water pipes in the way. Great job ! !

I called Acclaimed to come inspect my AC because it was not blowing cold air. The technician came and did his check-up and said that the capacitor is bad and needs to be changed. I asked for the price and he quoted me for $380+taxes! I asked him and how much is the part he said likely $20. I agreed to have the repair done since I was quoted on the phone that any repair is charged by the hour for $120/hr + a call out fee of $60. I thought this is a 3 hour job then!!!
Anyways, the technician replaced the capacitor in less than 20 min and when I looked online, this seemed to be a very straight forward fix. No other maintenance or repairs were done! He literally spent 40 min in my house!! I was extremely shocked and asked for a detailed invoice to see how much labor and material I was charged! and they send me the invoice saying "the capacitor needed to be changed, and quoted the client for $380". The total invoice is $460.
By the way, I emailed the company back to inquire about this and got no response!

The teach Mohamed called in advance and was on time he was professional and efficient. The house was left clean and tidy and it took about 2 hours.
I do think there add on services are too expensive. You are already in the home! It seams anything extra is $99.00. I was inquiring about a vent spray, dryer vent and central vac cleaning. It would have taken an hour to do all the extras and I would have had to pay almost 300 extra!! Feels like a rip off!

The job was done well and the customer service was excellent. The team arrive on time were polite efficient and respectful. They even thanked us for making their job easier by moving the furniture. Now that’s a first! I will definitely recommend Acclaimed! and have them back!

Wayne of Acclaimed Heating did an excellent job inspecting my furnace and associated systems. He was thorough, explained his report which he left with me, and, in general, provided excellent advice to improve my heating & hot water systems overall.

We wanted to upgrade our dryer vent from the flexible hose to a rigid pipe. The technician worked efficiently, was friendly, and did a great job. We generally DIY most projects and fixes in our home, but I'm glad we had Acclaimed do this rather than doing it ourselves, it would have taken us all day and it was a tough area to access for work.

Needed to have a full inspection of our HVAC system. The technician was fantastic, very thorough, patient and answered all of my questions, addressed all concerns, and was a pleasure to have him over.

Acclaimed! has provided service for us before and also replaced our old furnace with a new one. As always, each service person was respectful and demonstrated knowledge and care about the work they performed. We were impressed that asbestos was an issue for them, and that they sealed joints of old asbestos to prevent any elements from entering our system. Not only does this company call to remind us of service maintenance needs, they provide incentives in discounts, and they follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction, explaining the results we should see in differences that show the work was done well. Scheduling is great, too. They understand if you have an urgent need and do all they can to expedite things and meet your needs. They are always friendly and reliable, and they all get along, working well together, with smooth communication, like a big family. I will continue to call on them if we have needs in heating, cooling and ventilation. Very happy with Acclaimed!
