I called Dominic to look at a leaking hot water tank that was installed before I came in contact with Fraser Valley Heating.
He took one look at the receipt and told me that I should call the installer because parts and/or labour should still be covered under warranty. He was right, I called the installer and it was repaired for free.
The next time I have to have a hot water tank installed - it will be through Fraser Valley Heating - LOVE how these guys do business!

For the past 15 years I have had Dominic and Angelo hook up gas appliances, replace a water heater and clean/service my fireplace and furnace. I have always been impressed by how knowledgeable, personable and efficient they are. Although they are extremely busy they were willing to squeeze me in when my 40 year old furnace finally broke down. Within 24 hours Dominic had my furnace going again and didn’t even charge for the service call. I look forward to working with him when I upgrade to a high efficiency furnace in the months ahead.

Dominic and his brother are a fabulous team! They installed a new furnace for us four years ago; the price was right and the service was and still is great! They visit us once a year to make sure all is running properly. We have had no problems at all with the furnace.

Dom and in particular, Angelo, had their challenges in getting the gas regulator, gas fireplace and HOD system in my townhouse working together. After trouble shooting by Angelo, it has been fixed and works seamlessly. These gentlemen are THE BEST!!

New to the province last year, I'm very thankful that I got referred to Dominic and his team. He guided me through a complete furnace and AC overhaul, clearly with my best interests as his priority. It's rare these days to have the pleasure to deal with someone with such integrity.

Dominic and Angelo have been servicing our Furnace, air filter, hot water tank and fire places for over 5 years now. We left our previous service provider over a warranty issue. Dominic and Angelo checked into our 'April Air' warranty and secured a new part for us and installed this part, saving us the cost of replacement. A couple of years later our hot water tank sprung a leak, once again Fraser Valley Heating checked out our warranty and replaced the tank once again saving us a great deal of money. Both brothers are reliable, professional, competent and caring. We are pleased to have them on our side.
