i had just put in a new lock at my house and i needed another key cut. i first went to homedepot and got 2 keys cut and neither of them worked so i got my money back and went to expert lock services. they were very helpful and showed us all the different types of keys we could get. the key they made works just as good as the one that came witht he lock and it didnt take long at all. they even have a drive through key cutting service wich is pretty cool if u ask me
