I bought all the doors and trim and had a great experience.I dealt with Gustavo.He was polite and professional. I would use this company again. Great customer service.

Customer service is amazing. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. The product quality was superior to other places I have used. They do takeoffs at the desk or offer for someone to come to do an in home measure. I Would highly recommend

Used this company for all our doors and trims for two new builds. Spent over $40,000. Down to finishing our basement and our sales rep left the company. Dealt with another and shortly after he left. Ordered material and was short shipped one item and over shipped another. It was three months of back and forth, the promise of a discount on my next order, pick up and drop off of miss shipped items....... after everything, its too late for pick up so now I have to pay for the short shipped items and am stuck with the over shipped. Called several times and even e-mailed the owner Fraser. NOTHING!!!!! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!! The WORST customer service ever. Had many little defects in our doors as well. Not happy. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!

Ordered doors, trim, baseboards, casing etc. All in all not a good experience. Started with a huge delay in delivery and not keeping me informed at all as to when I can expect my product. Almost never received a return phone call when I left a message. In accuracy in deliver of some of the doors. Doors were not prepared for roller catches where needed. Also for door handles no one asked me which of the plates I would like the door routered for.
Went to pick up some baseboards later since I needed some more. And they let me carry it to my car myself. Do not recommend.

Ordered trim & doors, took weeks to finalize. Doors arrived damaged, trim was fine. They promised a refund on the new ones. Also it took them longer then they promised to get the new ones. Held up the job and cost me money having the doors painted and returned. It's been months no refunds in sight. I get hung up whenever I call. Maybe they've black listed my number. I have been extremely patient. This is a learning experience, my dad used them 20 years ago alot, and even contractors I work alongside with avoid them due to this. DO NOT use this company once they have your money, that's it. They're done.

We had a great experience. Brenlo was able to provide us with the materials we needed to continue restoring our century home and maintain the old world character we wanted. They’re professional and trustworthy.

Ordered closet doors & trims and they did not deliver the right pieces. Dan came to measure the trims and instead of 4 1/2 inches he sent 5 1/2 inches. I had to pay for the replacement, returned the 5 1/2 and they did not return my initial amount, because they charged me for the 41/2 ones. Plus Dan brought us cardboard doors instead of quality stuff.

Contractor got doors from this company for us to paint. The doors were sprayed with a primer that we purchased. The result was it bubbled and we ended up peeling off the paint including their primer. Called to inquire and they said there was a label on the door which there was not one label on any of the 37 doors that were purchased. As a painter for 25 years I have never experienced this before. So to all customers who deal with this company stay away from their pre primed doors. The price of $2000 was what I had to pay to get the doors fixed.

I bought a solid Mahogany door that cracked top to bottom in less then a year. Representatives of this company showed up with attitude that it is all my fault because of North Facing location! Then they left and stopped picking up phone on me!!!!
