I don’t write reviews but in this case I really feel that this company proved to be honest, fair and just really good service. I was prepared to buy a new fireplace but the technician was able to clean my existing fireplace and have it up and running in no time. Saved me a lot of money and there was no pressure on the sales person to purchase a new fireplace. From entering the store to having the technician come they made me feel comfortable and provided me the knowledge to make the right decision. I can’t say enough good things about this company and service. 10 out of 10
