I had an old skylight which was failing. Denis came and outlined the process and options.
Due to the option I selected (auto blind with remote) he was clear that it would be a little while to be ready due to supply chain chip shortest. Ok, no problem.
When it was ready installation went well. All the work (other than laying drop clothes) was done from the outside. They did more than I expected as I thought I'd need to do a bit of drywall work afterward, however they sealed it and I'm happy with the final outcome.
I'll call them when my other skylight needs to be replaced.
I've had now had the new skylight ~5 months, I got it done just before winter.

The only item that we were delayed on last year were the solar powered blinds. Chip shortage.
