Pat came to our home to see the aluminum job and noticed rotten wood facing and a big dip in our flat roof. With his expertise he advised us to speak to a roof expert friend of his who came by and assessed problem with our roof and framing that was needed a big replacement. This led to a new roof, insulation (which we were really lacking) some electrical work hidden in roof and finally aluminum work was done by blackstar. Pat took the proper steps to ensure job was done properly and efficiently. I had other aluminum companies come and estimate job that said they can just replace the rotten fascia board but Pat could see there was alot more rot/damage than just that and had the proper people in place to make our home sustainable for a long time. I would recommend this company for any aluminum work. My 6 inch eaves look great! Thanks Pat

Pat & his crew are good people. They are super polite and very efficient. They even managed to accommodate us when we changed our mind about the colours we selected. Not a problem - no fuss. They came up with a plan and got the job done. Soffit & fascia work on our house turned out beautifully. Can't believe we waited so long with the wood and paint peeling. It's so much better now!

The gentlemen that Pat from Blackstar sent to do the job were excellent. They did a great job, were obviously very experienced and left the job site clean and neat.

We required new, ventilated soffits on 2 sides of the house, new eavestroughs, and anew black fascia and 2 downpipes. We also had our eavestroughs covered. Our existing soffit had a gap which allowed birds to move in, close to the hydro wires and there was no ventilation. Although I realize that other companies might charge less for making these replacements, I was pleased to have aluminum specialists make these corrections for me. The men worked steadily and professionally. They worked promptly but carefully. Blackstar advised the use of a good eavestrough cover which they applied. It is really affective.
On top of their professionalism, the men who worked for Blackstar were pleasant and understood my requests.
