Service was terrible! They condemned my furnace for no reason, 2 other companies found nothing wrong!

I have been using Oosterveld's for the past seven years and have been pleased with the overall service. I experienced a few problems with the air conditioner and fireplace this year and was pleased by the care and quick response to resolving the issues. I spoke with Amanda and she was terrific... gold star. She was sincere, professional and she ensured everything was addressed including booking my 2024 maintenance requirements which is wonderful planning. I highly recommend Oosterveld.

Purchased a water heater. It started leaking with obvious corrosion but because I called 2 weeks out of warranty the company would not replace. This company does not stand behind its products.

AC not working. Called 10am on a Sunday, Bob arrived same day (early afternoon) and... fixed the problem.

First time we had Bob service our Lennox equipment. Fully satisfied . Thanks for your professionalism and courtesy, Bob!

Truly a nice person and a proper technician. I hardly bother with feed backs but this gentleman deserves this feedback as he was truly outstanding. Should be commended.

Fellas from Oosterveldt were very professional, friendly, and quick! We have twice used Oosterveldt for some small changes to the heating system as part of our renovation project. Very happy with the work both times, and quick response and follow-up.

We could not control our thermostat and in the spring had a technician come out. During the last heat wave we tried to turn on the air conditioning and realized the first tech had fixed nothing. Oosterveld was really friendly and helpful and sent Simon out who was efficient, knowledgeable and answered my many questions patiently while replacing our thermostat. He was really upfront and honest in helping us decide what model we should buy. Really friendly guy too. Needless to say we were thrilled to have it fixed so promptly and slept a lot better that night. Great customer service Simon!

Simon consistently provides outstanding service. He is extremely knowledgeable and very sincere. He explains everything clearly and answers all questions. He has serviced both units for over nine years now (since the purchase of this home.) I am very satisfied.

air conditioner would not come on this year right beofre the long weekend in July. initially due to my schedule and their's they would not be able to come out until the following week but put me on a short list to come out earlier if able. They came the same day - airconditioner fixed

Adam was on time, very polite and friendly. He went directly to the unit outside, checked it, cleaned the grill where needed and tested accordingly. He then came into the house and basement with his shoes covered and tested the return air flow temperature. He the explained that everything was ok. Super job!
