Install antenna tower and digital antenna

I put a $300 deposit on a $1,500 job of installing a new tower and digital antenna. After 8 separate appointments, for whichhe never showed up nor did he call to tell me why! The office kept making excuses. 8 months later I still do not have my deposit back and they keep changing their phone number.
Avoid these people at all cost!!!!!
