i like these stores they are located at all the right parts of the city . the staff get to the product and the coist very quickly they will give you ne best price and the returns are very simple ,the will bring in any product from anywhere and they stand behind their products

I liked the selection and the one-stop shopping option at Splashes. I was able to choose my faucets from the varied selection and it was nice actually see what they looked like in person, rather than just in a brochure. I got all of my faucets, sinks, toilets, tubs and showers at Splashes. Two things I did not like about my shopping experience were: I had to go to the Langley location because the Richmond one did not always have what I was looking for on display (and vice versa), and there isn't any stock for items that aren't the typical 'builders specials'. If I wanted a sink that wasn't plain and boring, I had to wait 4-6 weeks. Same thing with my toilets, some faucets, and my tub. If you have lots of time then it isn't a problem, but if you are making a last minute decision you are stuck with the standard fixtures they have in stock.

We bought 2 mirrors from Splashes. We were very pleased with the mirrors. They were packaged extremely well and arrived within the specified lead time given at the time of purchase. Though they do not carry stock of a lot of products, they do have a vast selection of products that you can order in.

My husband and I were shopping around for a shower for our bathroom renovations. I was impressed with their showroom displays and got some great ideas. The staff were understandably busy and while a couple did not appear to want to serve me, there was a young lady who still took the time from her hectic schedule to acknowledge me. Now that's great customer service.
