Horrible service from TAPS. Second time at TAPS, and will never go back. Customer service is horrible, let’s put it this way out of the 5 items we purchased, they were all wrong, and we decided to use their custom vanity makers, another mistake, we were promised in 2 weeks, after 3 weeks we finally got it and it was damaged. It has been nothing but a joke. I should have guessed when the sales guy was charging us more for products than the listed price, had to call him in everything, complete Joke. Have another bathroom to fix will not be with TAPS at ALL, just up the road plenty of other companies with BETTER service, product and actually give you good advice and direction. After all the miss happens to try to correct some of the issues manager seemed to be on top of it, promised us the vanity to be delivered at no cost, but at the end I had to pay the fuel surcharge, we paid it because we just wanted to be done with it, but generally this is like going to the mass sales of products, just push, push at the highest dollar possible, than ignore the customer and if something does to match what the customer ordered, blame the customer for not being clear, or "say, he/she(sales person) is new, give him/her a break, let’s try to fix it”. Not sure they understand it is hard to fix when a product is installed.
So in my books, TAPS (Mississauga, Vega Blvd location) is a place I will avoid in any future Reno's
