I have been working with Astoria for a few years now. The team there is awesome to deal with & they are very thorough in their approach. We uses Astoria Homes several years ago to build a new custom home for us. Last year I built a revenue property in the Calgary area with another builder who said they specialized in that type of construction. It wasnt until I had this most recent experience to compare with our previous experience with Astoria to realize the vast difference and heads above the normal that Astoria provided to us in the past. I would never recomend the other builder and would never us anyone else in the future other than Jim and his team at Astoria Homes. They are true professionals and you can rest assured you are in good hands with them. Be careful when hiring a builder and dont be fooled by glitz and glamor as it can make for a terrible experience. Astoria Homes has been our best building experience and you can trust them !

Astoria (Carpenter) built out house and for the most part we were satisfied. However the concrete company they subcontracted poorer the improper type of concrete for our driveway (soil type) which started breaking apart within months. It was reported and shown to them on the first post inspection and every one after. Astoria would not own up to this mistake. If use them pray everything goes right as they don't take responsibility.

I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH ASTORIA FOR ABOUT A MONTH NOW ON A NEW PROJECT AND THEY DEFINITELY ARE THE BEST AT THIS PROCESS. FROM A TALLENTED DESIGN TEAM TO A SLEW OF GREAT CONTRACTORS THEY ARE A GREAT CUSTOM MANUFACTURER. THEY ARE WELL WORTH THE MONTY YOU SPEND ON THEM. IF YOU WANT A NICE CUSTOMER HOME GIVE THEM A CALL.
