After seeing a Western Bathrooms & Liners ad for bathroom renovations, at very competitive pricing, contact was initiated via an online request. Contact was made with us by Ron, who was courteous and knowledgeable, at the start of the next business day. Basic pricing was discussed during a polite and no-pressure conversation and we were told to contact them when we were ready to proceed and the pricing would be honoured. When that decision was made an appointment with a planning team member was then set up. When Santino arrived he was very knowledgeable, professional,friendly and equipped with samples, literature and suggestions. When told that we were a one bathroom house he emphasized the importance of a timely project and promised a three day turnaround. The tradesmen also made sure we had an operational toilet whenever they left for the day. Every tradesman assigned to our job was friendly, professional and good at their job. The project was completed in the promised three days and we are very very pleased with the quality of the work.
