A lot can be said for great customer service and every homeowner stresses over whether their special project (and precious hard earned dollars) will go smoothly. Our experience with Adamson Flooring was 5-star from the moment we walked into their retail showroom until the end of the installation. Paul and Hannah communicated very well and accommodated everything we asked for. Their follow up was considerate and timely. Sami and his crew were equally top notch. Very polite, respectful, attentive and detail oriented. The project took longer than anticipated, but to our benefit because Sami would not leave until everything was perfect. Even re-hanging doors and helping out with an extra personal favor.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Adamson to anybody.

I have used Adamson flooring previously and was very pleased, so naturally reached out to them for this reno as well. This time their customer service was better than ever. Paul and Hannah paid incredible attention to detail and always pleasant and smiling - especially because it took me a long time and many samples to pick the flooring. I’d use them for all my flooring needs and wish I had used them for my tile - next time :)

It looks fabulous, their installer did a great job, left zero mess from the carpet he removed, and worked efficiently to perfectly install the new.

All of the employees treated me and my home with great respect. The delivery fellow removed his boots to carry the boxes into the foyer. The two installers were equally respectful, helpful, and pleasant. Everyone treated this job as if it were a large and expensive one even though the floor was being laid in a relatively insignificant room. The work and cleanup was carried out efficiently and the result is a lovely looking floor with boards that are placed nice and tight. Paul, the Sales Manager, kept me well informed along the way and when the installers were a little late in arriving, I received a call to let me know. This was my first experience with Adamson Flooring and I am very pleased.

Very good. The installers were very careful with furniture and cleaned up. Careful in installing floor, made sure all pieces fitted perfect.
