Nice team. They know their products in details ( which is not a common thing from my experience), can coordinate your needs and budget with a product range. We recently purchased a Beam Central Vacuum system from Bill at Etobicoke Service Centre Ltd.. Terrific service, easy guy to deal with and well established which is something that means a lot to us when looking for a service provider. His installer Steve was top notch, when Steve left after the installation I could not even tell that he was there, clean, professional and the unit is amazing. We wanted to get our central vacuum serviced and contacted Bill accordingly. Bill responded right away and came by within 3 days himself. He evaluated the situation and determined that the optimal route was to replace the unit versus simply servicing it. He adjusted the entire cost to fit our budget, did not charge us for the initial visit and then within 4 days came by and installed the new unit within 40 minutes over the weekend. When it seemed like the new unit was not performing as expected, Bill came back and rectified the issue immediately. Simply put, the attention to detail, servicing and providing a solution that was within our budget was outstanding! We would endorse Bill without hesitation and look forward to his continued success.

Had a blockage in my hose. I called Bill to see what can be done to remove the blockage and Bill walked me through the steps patiently. I could not get the blockage out and dropped in the store and Bill got the blockage out in 10 mins. Did not have to pay anything.
