Fair Pricing and Terms

Jacqueline was very polite and responsive. Delivery and Pickup of bin was great and timely. It is great that you can arrange rental in 24 hours. Pricing and terms were good and fair including extra daily rental fee. This bin was used for a renovation project.

Excellent Junk Removal Experience

We were in a pinch having had forgotten to secure junk removal services to free up space in our garage to make room for our move-in after a reno on a new place. Big Ben's was not only incredibly accommodating, but friendly and priced very fairly. Not a bad thing to say about our experience from start to finish.

Used big ben's to rent a bin for concrete disposal. phone service was great, arrived and picked up on time, and placed wood down beneath the bin to protect the driway. no issues. would use them again.

Fast affordable, service

Big Ben is a trustworthy company that offers fast, efficient junk removal. The bin was dropped in my driveway the same day I got an estimate. Wood was also put on my driveway to protect it. The bin was picked up shortly after I called and I was billed exactly what they said I would be billed. Overall, a great service! I would highly recommend it!
