Ocean Pacific contracts out their work to unprofessional sub contractors. Over 1 year into a project that should have taken 10 days, no end in sight. So far over 1 month we were unable to live at home, due to poor work and bad repairs.
They have sent two seperate sub-contractor companies, both of which had no clue what they were doing in a race to the bottom.
First sub came in, hung my cabinets into drywall; they fell off the ceiling and almost hit me 4 months later. The drywall began cracking badly, no tape was used in the mudding process.
Sub # 2 came in, tried to pass off his terrible work multiple times as finished. Their terrible work speaks for itself in the pictures, they also damaged my cabinet doors. Ended up kicking the second sub contractor out and finishing the work myself, Ocean Pacific was of no help, played it off like there was nothing they could do. As for the scratched and paint covered cabinet doors, they came back from "Repairs" they do not match and are still badly scratched.
I caution anyone to stay far away from this company, I can't even get a phone call back from them. Looks like we will be taking them to court.
