The crew replacing shingles on roof were very professional - no loud talking or music unlike may roofers we have seen. Once the job was completed the cleanup was excellent but what really impressed me was that the foreman pointed out an error with the placement of the roof vents that was subsequently fixed on a followup visit. I would not have really noticed A very good company.

Several roofing companies have done over a dozen houses in our area and Markelangel's crew was by far the best in our opinion. Markelangelo sent a large crew that did a roof replacement in just over 1 day compared to an average of 3 - 4 days for others. The crew was very professional with attention to details. The site was left as clean as before the job. Very well done!

2nd roofing job I have purchased from Markelangelo's. First job was so quickly done, great workmanship, comprehensive protective measures and clean up, responsiveness and very friendly crew that I did not bother going for other quotes when we moved into another house that needed a new roof. Highly recommended!

We needed a new roof. I got multiple quotes and Markelangelo came in the cheapest by far. Mark came to our house walked me through the options, explained the products and examined the roof for the quote. A week later we booked the appointment and had a new roof within 3 weeks of getting the quote. All in all a complete new roof took one day! Their team showed up in a timely manner and were done when they said they would be. Everything was cleaned up before they left which is huge for us since we have a toddler that likes to put everything in his mouth. It was a really positive experience all in all and I would highly recommend their services.

We are very pleased with the wonderful service received. We had a bad experience in the past but Markelangelo's did the job right. We would recommend them to anyone and already have. The staff was professional and answered every question we had. They were quite knowledgeable in their field and made us feel at ease. I am very happy with the job done by Markelangelo's. Mark took the time to explain the quote and helped me pick a shingle colour I wouldn't regret (now that I see it on my house, I love it!) His crew were polite, even after an extremely long day in the hot sun, cleaned up the site and answered any questions I had. I had a very positive experience with this company. Mark thoroughly explained all that would be done and quickly answered all our questions while we went through other roofing quotes. While Markelangelo's quote was in the mid-range of the other estimates, I appreciated that Mark took the time to discuss the work, answered questions, and actually spent time on the roof before giving me a quote (half the other companies wrote up quotes from the end of the driveway).

The installation crew were extremely professional: they were on-time, polite, quiet, and clean. They were very accommodating of us and really friendly with my children. They took care to clean up at the end of each day.

Outstanding, professional, thorough and courteous sum up the work and the experience. First I was provided cost effective recommendations for the required work. Then the crew carefully removed the old roof, installed new lifetime shingles, and meticulously cleaned the work site before leaving. Exceptional work at a fair price.

For the last year or so, I saw a few houses in my areas having about 13- years-old roofs started getting new ones! Earlier this year I found a few flown shingles from mine, but did not pay any further attention. Came August a neighbor opposite to mine pointed my problems, however minor with a few missing shingles, explained his to be done later in the month. Thus I am serious about this and got 3 quotes, also asking if I can get by with only repairing the problem area. Apparently roofers are busy enough, they all recommended replacement. From my own assessment, roofs done in my years, 1999 all have mushroom vents, as called by roofers, vice newer (maximum) vents in houses build in the late 2005's. Thus they all seemed under-vented, or under designed to remove the heat builded up in the attic. You can open up your attic in a sunshine afternoon to verify indeed it is hotter than inside my car in summer days. This couples with the reasons provided by Mark, that shingles in my time were notoriously bad due to recycled materials that they age prematurely, 14 years old that needs new roof is not out of the ordinary.

Long story short about what I like this company:
- well organized for an efficient and professionally installation;
- the number of underlayments are done as advertized;
- drip edges installed throughout;
- bigger crew and well coordinated ensure a timely done jog.
- Mark took the time to explain about the job, the work involved, process, etc and answered all my questions.

That said, the owner still had to finish up something assumed to be completed by the crew: cleaning up of the debris, nails collected in the eavestroughing. But then he created such a positive impression that he took care of such detail. Overall I am happy with the workmanship and the crew!
