Artisan Concrete Lifting Company was excellent! Our granite flowerbed retaining wall had settled and sunk approximately 3-4 inches. There was minimal area to work within to raise the retaining wall which made this job challenging. The flowerbed retaining wall was raised to original level with a new concrete footing. Martin and crew did a great job. Ours was a particularly delicate job as the slab was only 1 1/2" thick so there was risk it simply crack and crumble. These guys are professional, experienced and easy to work with, I would recommend them to anyone. Good quality / reasonable price.

This company was very professional, prompt and on budget. The basement had sunk in the middle by 2 inches and they were able to get it back level. This work was done 4 years ago and is still level. We are now re-hiring them again to level a small sink in our car port.

A portion of our house was sinking due to poor workmanship by the previous owner. Artisan came and mud jacked that portion of the house up. Rebuilt the floor in our storage room and rebuilt half our porch. As the porch was rotting. They not only fixed the rotten part, but expanded it and built new stairs. We were very happy with the work we received.

We received a good comparable quote from Artisan, we had at least three quotes to chose from. Their work was impressive.The workers were friendly. We had no issues since having the work completed.

We had Artisan Concrete come lift our deck and sidewalk. I had previously seen them performing their work in our neighborhood. We got a quote, very reasonable. They arrived on time and were very good with clean up. Their work exceeded my expectations. The team works quickly and hard. Two neighbour's also had work done after seeing how well they did the job. Excellent result and excellent value.

Our concrete sidewalk and front steps were sinking. Artisan Concrete did a fabulous job of taking up the old and framing for new exposed aggregate, made to match what was there for 26 years.The match was very well done. They repaired the garage floor as well by drilling holes and filling in concrete so it would not sink. All work was done within budget. They were great guys doing good work.

I had originally seen this company at a local Home Show, here in Abbotsford. Their quote was reasonable, considerably less than full replacement of both. I have referred this company to others.

When our mother needed extensive work to repair her sunken floor as well as her driveway and walkway, my sister and I checked with the Better Business Bureau to find a reputable company. We were very happy that we chose Artisan Concrete. Not only did they do a quality repair job, which is important, but they also addressed any of our concerns and helped my mother to feel confident about the experience. We found them to be polite, patient, and I would say that martin, the crew head, was especially good at communication, using voicemail or e-mail if he could not get hold of us in person. The workers moved furniture at o added cost and the work was completed on-time. I would add one constructive comment however. I would have appreciated having the discarded tiles taken away rather than left for us to remove from the home. Aside from that, we were very happy with Artisan Concrete and would definitely recommend them.

Owning a home means constant repair and maintenance and you want to find the best company to help you when you can't do the work yourself. After checking 2 other companies and comparing prices, we decided to go with Artisan Concrete when we needed someone to do " slap-jacking". They were reasonably priced and let us know that if extra work, and extra costs came up, they would check with us before going ahead with the work. When one small area of concrete began to sink again, they came out and repaired it again. We were very happy with their service and the quality of their work.
