We recently bought an older home that had signs of water leakage and moisture in the basement. We hired Watertite to replace the old weeping tile with a new drainage system, repair water damage to the exterior foundation walls and waterproof them.

Watertite completed the job on time and within our budget. Their staff were professional and friendly. Six months later, we are very happy with the results. We would highly recommend Watertite.

Watertite sent out a whole crew of people to do, very quickly, a job that would have taken a lot longer than it did. The workmen were polite, knowledgeable and extremely neat. Every night when they went home the outside of the house was swept and tidied up. As will happen with a very old house, once they started to dig there were several surprises (not good ones), which were dealt with swiftly and efficiently. When we faced some unexpected issues with previous work that had been completed by another contractor, the Watertite team worked quickly to come up with a solution. We would highly recommend the Watertite team to waterproof your home. Rino provided professional advice and explained in detail the process needed to solve our basement issues. The staff worked extremely hard to excavate around the perimeter of our home by hand. They were extremely considerate cleaning up the job site daily and leaving the site in the same condition in which they found it, keeping our neighbours happy. The waterproofing was completed within the estimated time. We would like to thank all the staff involved with our project.

I have used Watertite services for both exterior waterproofing and Underpinning our basement. For each job they provided exceptional service and knowledge, were on time and budget and completed the work as per the agreement. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The project included exterior waterproofing 2 walls on my foundation and attaching a back flow valve in the basement.
The work proved challenging on this 120 year old house but Rino and Barry and his team kept me informed of the issues and offered straight forward solutions.
The on site work was professional and respectful of the rest of the yard and garden.
Although the work took longer than expected to begin, it was well worth the wait to have Watertite do the job.
For unexpected reasons the back flow valve could not be installed at this time but I will be contacting Rino again in the near future to complete the job.
