Watertite Waterproofers

We had our basement waterproofed with one wall done externally and other walls done internally. Very detailed estimate provided. Rino was very patient with us and responsive to our many questions. Had a blocked weeping tile and some surprises during the excavation but Rino kept us updated on developments and changes in the original plan. Job completed in a reasonable time frame. Work and clean-up was done to our satisfaction.

The task became more extensive than originally believed due to enormous amounts of cement laid down over the years. The team performed well on the removal and replacement. Recommendations were made by a construction specialist for the handling of an incomplete foundation wall structure and remedied in due course. Although time line was extended by these problems and additional costs incurred, the work was well handled and explained at all stages. Clean up was through.

When our 80 year old Mom needed waterproofing in her basement we knew who to call. The work done to our home was done perfectly over 10 years ago. Not all companies will do this and others wanted to rip up the entire basement which would create huge additional costs.

Rino was very professional, and provided updates and shared pictures of his recommendations when they found new decision points. He worked to protect the neighbour's property and was able to waterproof the property of the other neighbour at the same time.

This is hard manual labour in and very hot summer, and the site crew kept a very clean and organized site. They kept Mom up to date - as well as me. The heat did delay the cementing of the walkway, but that let it settle properly. Mom is very pleased with the work along with her neighbours. I would definitely recommend Watertite for waterproofing - specifically for their quality of work, and customer service.

Watertite provided a very detailed quote outlining exactly what they would do and why. The competition didn't even come close to the same detail. They did exacly what they said they would do, professionally and respectfully, and even finished the job slightly ahead of schedule. The workers cleaned up the job site so well it was difficult to tell that they were even there. Every single phase of my project was handled perfectly and I will recommend them to anyone who asks.

The work was done under harsh conditions due too the extreme heat,soil was in some spots hard as clay and in others damp.
The work was done in a professional and friendly manner.
I did support the workers in a minor manner,and let them due the work the are qualified to do.

Waterproofed a basement wall before rebuilding the deck. This is my second project with Watertite, the first one was over 10 years ago, no problems. :) The work, as usual was done in a timely manner, well staffed, completed in 2 days. Every step was explained. Rino was on site several times. It's been a year now, no problems. Highly recommended.

The five young men who did the job were very professional, started and ended the days at reasonable times, worked hard during the very hot weather and left the site extremely clean.
