From first contact to finished project, everything went smoothly. The Quote was sent in writing and that was as well the final price. No surprises. The team did a superb job taking of the stucco and smoothing out the ceilings. We selected the paints and they accommodated this and went out to buy them.

I had to complete my walls and paints and reached out to Mr Stucco for quotes. Eugene, from Mr. Stucco , was very prompt and met us the same day for survey and quotes. The quote was very reasonable and work quality A+. Eugene and Team ( Joe and others) are a professional bunch and knows wall and paint jobs inside out. They just do what is required and have great suggestions , which can only come from being in the job for a long time.

Our dining room ceiling sustained water damage. We put off repairing it, as it was difficult to find someone who could replace the original design. Mr. Stucco’s two workers were diligent, skilled and pleasant to work with. About 1/3 of the original work had to be replaced, and part of the ceiling repaired. We are delighted with the finished product. Thank you!

We decided to put our house up for sale, but knew the ceilings in the living room, dining room, lower hallway and upper hallway needed to be repaired and re-stuccoed. This was for reasons related to the previous homeowner from whom we bought the house a number of years ago; they were yellowish from the previous homeowner having smoked inside; when the duct work for the gas furnace had been installed, the patchwork and stucco repair had been sloppy; there had been some water damage on the ceiling from the upstairs bathroom with another sloppy patch job. So, having read the reviews for Mr. Stucco and also having seen them on the tv show Holmes on Homes, we decided to have them come to our house and give us a quote. Speaking with Jerry, the owner, he was very friendly and said he could send someone out within 24 hours; this was very prompt and a nice surprise. We had the quote given to us in May of 2017. It was about 6 weeks later that we called back to book their service and they still stood behind their quote, even though it was after 30 days. The repair crew of 2 men arrived on time and were careful to lay down protective covering on our floors and stairwell carpeting. They went to work quickly and had the entire job completed in 8 hours; originally they were going to come back the next day to finish the job as it was a large amount of ceiling to work on. But our timeline for realtor photographs/staging and the open house was bumped up last minute, so it was imperative the job be completed in one go; a stressed phone call to Jerry to explain the change of plans eased our worries and his crew agreed to stay as long as it would take to complete the job! The ceilings came out beautifully and you cannot tell there was ever any issues at all. The house looks so much brighter and cleaner after the job and we are sure it played a major role in the successful sale of our home. We were more than pleased and would definitely recommend Mr. Stucco to anyone who needs stucco ceiling repairs.

we where renovating our basement but in the middle of it the roof leaked in our living room. i tried myself to fix but it was horrible. so gave it a shot and called. i called on a monday and they came Thursday. it was 3 feet by 8 feet. joey and the girl that came were amazing. when it was done i cried...never thought i would see it fixed like new.

We had some water damage in our ceiling stucco left over from a leaking roof that had already been fixed. These guys were absolutely great – and went the distance to make sure the work was done quickly. Though there was some light dust to clean up, 99% was taken care of by them. The quality of the repair was exceptional -- because we have an older stucco pattern, I was sure the repair would stand out. You can't even tell a repair was made: amazing! Jerry and his representative Eugene responded to my urgent call during a weekend, gave me a reasonable quotation and started my home project within two days. The work included stucco removal, ceiling made smooth, painting and repair walls and ceilings of the whole house which was rather large scale . They mobilized a team of seven staff altogether and finished my job in less than ten days when I expected a renovator to complete it probably in at least three weeks. Amazing !

The popcorn stucco of five large rooms were all removed in one day, minimizing all the mess of dust circulating in the house for an otherwise longer period. The team of well-trained professionals was led by Joey who was so experienced, skillful and fully in control of all the task procedures, nothing could go wrong but transforming my home into a dreamland. The end result was absolutely gorgeous. Joey was expert in colour matching as he gave very useful opinion along the way.

The staff, Kevin, Tiffany, Sunny, Richard, Les, and …(sorry I don't know the name of the last good young man) were all very friendly, courteous, skilled, industrious, and disciplined, you know that your house was safe and under good and capable hands. They removed heavy furnitures, covered and cleaned up all working areas. Having two master tradesmen, Joey and Les, and a group of young skilled painters/tradesmen working on the project and collaborated with my crown moulding contractor, I was totally stress free and came to admiring the transformation as everyday passed by.

The overall impression is that I dealt with a very professional, organized, and top- quality contractor who knew exactly how to handle renovation projects of all sizes, every crew member was clear with what tasks to perform and do it fast and diligently. Instead of getting stuck with my renovation plan, now it is ahead of time and leaves me with lots of time to relax.

Right from the start of making my calls for quotes to the end of job Jerry, the owner and was courteous, professional and most of all offered the best value after I called 3 other places for quotes.

Jerry is a great guy to deal with. He was the quickest to respond when I called him on a Sunday morning after sending him a photo of the damaged area. Jerry came to my house within the hour of the call and quoted me a great price. He explained in detail of different options including if I wanted to remove all the popcorn. The thing about popcorn spray is if its done poorly, it is very noticeable that a repair was done. Since it was a small job and was the least costly option, I still picked the repair with popcorn spray. Without hesitation I gave him the job and I scheduled 2 weeks out on a weekday I would be home.

Jerry sent one of his employees, Kevin to complete the small job. Kevin was courteous and professional the moment he walked in. He was meticulous in carefully preparing my living room with drop sheets and painters tape on the floor, sheets covering furniture, walls. The damaged area was also isolated in making a tent-like enclosure of the damaged ceiling to ensure there would be no mess when spraying the popcorn stucco. The repair was done so professionally like an artisan that it is barely noticeable of a repair was ever made. You'd have to point to it and still look very closely that a repair was ever made.

I'm a tenant in a condo where the unit upstairs leaked (a lot) due to a busted Kitec pipe. There were fallen patches and stains the size of two large couches. The 3-man team from Mr. Stucco were on time, expedient, obviously talented and very respectful of our furniture/floor. Can't recommend them enough. I'm looking to buy a condo and I'm taking their name in my list of reliable contractors myself.
