Titan Construction

In July 2023 a bad storm caused water damage in a portion of our kitchen, upstairs bedroom and hallway closet. Since we live in a townhouse we had to involve our condo board as the damage incurred was a direct result of faulty windows and gutters.
We had a crew from Titan arrive in the early morning to assess the damage and get to work drying things out.
Drywall was removed, floor boards we pulled up and heavy duty drying fans were put in place.
It was at this time we were told the windows in both the kitchen and bedroom were the wrong type of window and would need to be replaced. Titan also discovered there was some rot taking place and asbestos was detected. Then we were tented to treat the asbestos.
After a lengthy wait for windows, Titan returned to put everything back together as they found it.
Honestly, they went above and beyond better than we could have imagined.
The two workers sent to put everything back together were FANTASTIC!
We expressed how great it would be to have everything finished in time for Easter as we were having family come to stay. We were hopeful but realistic with outcomes since the windows were such a long wait.
Both guys worked so hard. They were mindful of start and stop times, getting as much done as possible each day. They were so respectful of our time and space and so diligent with every detail.
They actually reinforced the banquette with a strong MDF as it was only drywall before.
The drywall was replaced, patched and painted. They color matched to the paint already on the wall. They would paint entire walls not just the areas requiring patching. Each area was combed over meticulously. They even installed the new blind we bought for our kitchen!
It actually looks better now than the day we moved in and we moved in to it newly renovated.
We cannot express how happy we are to have our space(s) back and how beautiful the result is.

Titan construction did a very profesional and well done job when renovating my kitchen countertop at my apartment that was heavily water damaged. They had good communication with me about the project and what needed to be done. Overall a very good experience with them.

Fire at the house next door. Melted the siding, broke a window and smoke damage inside.

They were empathetic to what our family was going through post break-in and timely in getting subcontractors arranged to help repair our home. The subcontractors they used were very detail oriented and performed their work to the highest standard.

We had the unfortunate discovery of water in our sons room and adjoining bathroom. The flooring and drywall were greatly affected and required replacing. This was out of our scope of expertise but thank goodness for Titan! They were amazing from the beginning to the completion of our renovations. They were a fantastic liaison between us and our insurance company and the level of communication was fantastic. They were very compassionate and considerate to our unique situation and went above and beyond for the project to be done in a timely manner. I had a leak problem. They cut open my ceiling fixed the leak and repairs and painted the ceiling. The workers are very professional, clean and caring. The work they do shows they have pride in their job. Treat the job as if it was their own house.

Basement flooded due to heavy spring rains. Titan did all the demolition work and repaired all the water logged materials. Everyone was exceptional to work with and the contractor Ed was superb when repairing the damage. Highly recommend and can't say enough about this company and their contractor Ed.

Had a fire in Feb of this year. My Insurance company mentioned Titan as one of their restoration companies,that they deal with. So! I went with Titan and could not have chosen a better restoration company to go with. Love what they did with my place! Thank you Titan!

Titan did a great job mitigating the damaged to a portion of our home with water and on the work on the subsequent restoration.

Basement flooded due to extensive rain events from August of 2022. I had gone through insurance and Titan construction was the contractor that was picked to complete the project. Communication was clear when they were arriving at the house, they were very clean and organized with the renovations. Immediately after the flood they came over and set fans up so the basement could dry out. The final product was professionally done and looks very good.
