Chris and team were very prompt and punctual in getting our drywall repairs done - not to mention very high quality. They were also quite patient as I had left windows open and some of the mud hadn't dried because of it - they accomodated by shifting around their schedule to get the work done in the time we had agreed upon.

Upon moving into my new office, I discovered a sound transfer issue that made it impossible to conduct business during hours when I have the highest demand for services. Understanding my need for fast action, Claude pulled a team together to complete this first stage of the soundproofing project within less than two weeks from receiving my call. This was during a time when finding a drywall crew on short notice was next to impossible. I was worried that I might be trading experience and quality workmanship for a fast response. Not so! The crew knew what they were doing and I was very satisfied with their work. Every crew member was conscientious and easy to communicate with. Overall they were a joy to work with. The same could be said of their director, Claude.

Throughout the project, Claude listened carefully to my soundproofing needs, answered my many questions, shared useful advice/information and worked with me to develop a plan for next steps. Having spent the previous two weeks intently researching all things soundproofing, I found Claude to be knowledgeable and trustworthy in his advice. He has helped me to communicate with the building property manager in order to come to some agreements about workable solutions for next steps. To top it all off, I was charged a very fair price for the work that was completed by Handiman4U.
