Window & Gutter Cleaning review in Toronto

Have used this company a number of times to clean the eves. Used them also to have one of my eves repaired and they did a good job. Had a customer service issue with them but they resolved it to my satisfaction.

Terrible terrible customer service, also not a great job done. once you are on their call list expect them to call every couple of weeks all year until you "book". They may just send someone and drop a bill without explanation also.
They cleaned the eves without permission and left me a bill (apparently a call we had 2 months prior was me booking but I don't agree) they just sent someone and left a bill while I wasn't home. Just tried to resolve an issue with them and lost my patience with the 3rd rep (a manager) after being treated poorly by 2 others and he hung up on me. I feel so frustrated!
Anyway never again. brutal.
