Our ensuite bathroom is a dream! Gerry and Lindsey were tremendous to work with. They were professional, kind and constantly communicated. Obviously scheduling and supply chain is difficult in today's time; but they kept us on budget and finished the job in a timely manner. We can't thank them enough for their expertise, design and project management.

We had met with a few different contractors, never finding the right fit, or struggling with delayed communications. We knew we were asking for a lot and required a bit of hand holding as this was our first time diving into the world of professional home improvement. We needed a team who could handle our requests with expertise and patience.

We met with Gerry and Lindsey off an outstanding personal referral, and we are so happy to have made that connection. We automatically felt at ease and were impressed that they brought new ideas/visions from the very first walk through of our home. We benefited from Gerry and Lindsey’s years in the business as a team, as they operate very complementary to each other. It’s one thing to get professionalism, creativity and quality craftsmanship. In the end, we have a beautiful new kitchen, new windows and doors, newly installed hardwood floors, new ensuite and closets, refreshed the outdated look of our main bathroom, and added some innovative storage solutions throughout the house. We didn’t think all that was possible given our budget, but they truly worked some magic and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Our house finally feels like the home we always wanted it to be.

The design and build team of Gerry & Lindsey Anacleto has made our first experience of building a custom home seamless, educational and fun.

While most builders discourage you to visit the site and ask questions, Gerry & Lindsey encourage you to join and learn as they build. Explanations on building process and certain ways of completing different parts of the home became an educational experience.

The workmanship and quality of materials used were of the highest quality and the trades were respectful and welcoming. We were at the site daily and everyone on site made sure we had clear walking paths, out of harms way and even posed for some pictures.

The Anacleto team have gone to great lengths to build our dream home in a timely, efficient manner all while trying to keep within our budget. We did go over a tad due to upgrades unforeseen in the quoting process. These upgrades and changes were handled in stride by the Anacleto's and we still are on track to close within 2 weeks of original estimate.

We highly recommend Gerry and Lindsey to anyone looking for the total experience when designing and building their dream home. If we choose to build again, they will be the one and only team we call.

Gerry and Lindsey knock everything out of the park!! These are my favorite people to have in charge of my project. They are well organized and have a very keen eye for details and quality.

Gerry transformed our tired looking main floor bathroom into a "spa" like setting. His design, selection and installation of materials were a "wow" factor. He refinished our dated kitchen cupboards with a contemporary color that brought our new appliances, countertop and backsplash to life.
