My floor buckled since day 1.
The installer returned 3 x .
My mistake was that i paid for this floor.
I continued with my complaints and bottom line after many delays, stories, they would not offer me any option.
They agreed the floor was uncomfortable and delaminated in 2 different spots. I got nowhere , but they got my money .
Their motto to satisfy their customers is so untrue.
