Canadian Steam Carpet Cleaning

They responded quickly and two men came on time. My husband and I wore masks. They did not. They worked quite quickly. When they were finishing I pointed to one stain I could see on the rug. They went back and removed it. The next day i noticed many other stains, similar to the first that needed a bit more work to remove. The dirt on the chair arms had not been removed. When I called the manager y, saying that I was not satisfied with the work done he offered to send them back the next week to fix things. I asked that he send different workmen. He said he would but the same men came. I pointed out the stains saying they needed the extra work that had been effective on the first. They simply went over the whole carpet again. The stains remained for the most part. They said it was impossible to remove the dirt from the couch and chair arms. However I was able to do it myself with detergent afterwards. I would not recommend this company.

I had my stairs and upper landing carpet cleaned by Canadian Steam Carpet Cleaning in May 2022. Every person I interacted with at this company was polite and personable. Allen made getting a quote and setting up an appointment a breeze, and Dave & Brad were both quick and efficient at cleaning the carpets themselves. The added bonus for me is that Canadian Steam Carpet Cleaning also offered the best quote out of the companies I talked to. Thanks again everyone :)

Remove, clean & return 2 large Persian carpets and 2 smaller ones. Plus remove tassels and rebind one of the large ones. Expertly and quickly done. Staff were efficient and respectful of our home and its contents. 100% satisfied.
One larger carpet was redirected to another city and again delivery was prompt and timely.

Great to have the carpets cleaned after several years. Good start to the fall season

I have dealt with Canadian Steam for many years so this review is very easy to write.
This company is extremely professional with amazing customer service . Their technicians were courteous , friendly and did a fabulous job!…it is a pleasure to deal with a company that delivers…and that I am happy to recommend…Also kudos go to Richard and his professionalism!!!!

We would recommend Canadian Steam Carpet cleaning without hesitation. We only had a sofa and 2 rugs to have cleaned, but everything was handled very promptly, the servicing was handing very expertly and we noticed a definite improvement to our sofa, as well as the 2 rugs when they returned, and the price was very reasonable. Great JOB.

After speaking with Alan at the head office and receiving a quote for the cleaning my white sofa and loveseat and the cleaning of the hall runner and runner up the staircase, a time and date was arranged.
Richard, the company technician with 18 years experience arrived at my home on the date and time arranged. My wife and I explained to Richard what we needed done. He immediately examined the white sofa and loveseat and asked when was the last time the furniture was cleaned professionally. We told him about 5 or 6 years ago and further that we purchased the furniture back in 1991. He noted that the stains were deep rooted and not likely to be eradicated even with his professional cleansers and equipment. Richard explained that he would try and if the stains came out he would continue with the remainder of the furniture.
After setting up his equipment and attempting to remove the stains he noted and we agreed that the stains were too deeply rooted and impossible to remove. Richard said it was worth a try and because he could not remove the stains with industrial cleaners and professional equipment, we would not have to pay.
He then looked at the hall runner and stated we would have to move the runner to an area without hardwood flooring. We moved the runner to the garage with its cement floor. Richard then cleaned the runner. With regards to the runners on the hardwood stairs, he stated he could not clean the runner based on the fact that the runner was tacked to the hardwood staircase and if applied the cleanser liquid to the runner on the staircase he would damage the hardwood.
My wife and I were exceptionally impressed with Richard's expertise and professionalism. He had the well being of our home in mind when he decided to perform the tasks for which he was hired.
He and his employer, CANADIAN STEAM CARPET CLEANING could not perform the work that we thought could be accomplished. We had no idea that the sofa and love seat were so stained and well beyond repair. The furniture was purchased in 1991 and over the years of wear and tear, we came to the realization that "nothing lasts forever"
We will be purchasing a new sofa and loveseat and carpet runners in the future and I can assure you that when the cleaning of the aforementioned is required, I will be contacting CANADIAN STEAM CARPET CLEANING to handle the tasks. The company has been in business for over 40 years and it is quite evident that they are still a viable and profitable company based on their performance and attention to customer service.
