Canadian Steam Carpet Cleaning

We moved into our new house and the previous owners had a dog. I did not notice any "dog odours" but my husband was convinced that dog urine was in the carpets so we called CSCC and they were quick and efficient. We had the entire house cleaned including an area rug and it cost us only $150. They charge $1.50 per step if you want your stairs clean (which we chose not to). Very happy with service.

As a birthday gift to my mom, I had 3 of her rooms and staircases carpet cleaned while she was away in New York.

The persons I interacted with on the phone were courteous and helpful.
The technician arrived right on time. He was friendly yet professional and went straight to work. Very impressed with how thorough he was - at one point, I saw my mom's loveseat flipped over to clean the stained strip along the sofa bottom.
It's been years since my mom had her carpet cleaned, so the result was quite impressive.
The price was reasonable (compared to the larger service company, it's like I got the stain-proofing for free). I used their coupon which is frequently available through the (junk)mail.

They cleaned my rugs and sofas. Only used them once but I was very hapy with them. My mother in law was not as happy as they were too fast. But for us they took a lot of time. He spent over an hour and was thorough

This company picked up and delivered our rugs on two different occasions without any difficulty. The second time we had to call them after a couple of weeks but the summer months they suggested the cleaning company shuts down. Notwithstanding that we should have heard this early on, they did a good job and cleaned the carpets well. Prices were reasonable.
