Worst delivery experience of my life
I ordered free shipping, apparently their policy is to drop it off in front of the apartment building, not your apartment door, if it's free shipping. Never in my entire life for any type of shipping had I heard that they drop it off in front of an apartment building and not the apartment itself.
With a lot of insisting, they took it up, but then left it in the hallway.
This was a huge piece of furniture, that came in one piece, all assembled. This is a fire hazard in my hallway I cannot move, and have no idea what to do. How insensitive of a company or delivery men to do something like this, regardless of the service chosen. Their free service should come with a warning that it involves putting others in danger.
