Worst experience. Brought a sofa from them had it delivered into my house. They left my walls damaged along with the sofa. Called several times for a resolution only to be told their team reviewed the order and the damage was not done by them since they left the sofa outside . They even had pictures of the sofa inside my house. Why would they take pictures if they didn’t come into the house. On a follow up call with the so called “manager” didt have a answer instead told me he had to follow what the delivery team has told him. Now I’m stuck with my home being damaged along with a damaged sofa which can only be exchanged with a 10% restocking fee. Won’t be going back!

Would not recommend this store !!! Ordered a bed for my daughter in Jan , shipment got delayed twice and still can’t guaranteed if it will arrive in may. Would not refund without charging 10% admin fee .

I ordered and paid for a couch in November 2020 - After paying they said it would not arrive until January 2021 - then it was delayed to April and then delated to June. I canceled the order and they charged me 10% restocking fee. What a joke. Extremely poor customer services. I will spend my time at home spreading the word of this terrible business. How do you charge stocking fee for something that was not in stock...

I ordered a sofa set for our new house back in Nov 2020. They took payment and kept extending the delivery date. They finally delivered after 4 months.
Day of the delivery: the 3 men arrive and seem as if they have no experience driving a box truck as they hit my porch railing.
One of the delivery men walked straight into our house with muddy boots. 2 of the men did not bother wearing a mask.
I paid the extra to get the sofa placed in my room of choice and boxes taken away. They refused to to take the boxes. The delivery men pushed the sofas in the boxes to the room without protecting the hardwood floors and left. Hitting and knocking my chandelier crystals off. The cardboard boxes must have had debris under as we noticed deep gouges on my hardwood floors once we vacuumed all the dirt/mud away.
VERY VERY disappointed and would never purchase from company again.

Ashley is the name where quality and customer service started, this is what they said, but after reading my story you will never ever think to buy from Ashley Again.
Recently I did my purchase from ashley that is not a cheep one, I spent $6000 (approx) to buy new bedroom set, on delivery day they delivery guys Broke my Dresser, they did not deliver night table because of defect and they deliver foot board with half inch chip on it.
When I make the complain they said as per company policy they have to repair first if that does work then they have to replace it.
Every month I reduce my spending and did some saving to buy this furniture, I chose Ashely because I thought they are best in furniture market.
Now today the technician came and fix foot board but that chip still can identified easily, when I call them they told me that as per our technician comments the chip was fix 90%. which is not correct. I can still identified the fix.
For dresser which they broke during delivery from bottom, they said that they will take it to workshop and repair it.
NOW question is I paid them price for BRAND NEW furniture and not for refurbish. it's really really disgusting....
they are offering me 35$ off for the foot board that cost around $330 :(

I Purchased Sofas, Loveseat and Beds for our new house since mid of November, the promised delivery date was dec 7th then went to 15th then went to 28th then to January 18th then feb 6 then to unknown. we moved without furniture and paid about 10 thousands for those things and did not get them till now. All what we hear is fake promises and nothing. They took the money immediately in Nov and We got nothing. No one cares. we called customer service 100 times> worst service and commitment I ever Saw. This company should not stay in the market deceiving on people like that. Stay Away from them, expensive prices and no service

I ordered a dining table and server Dec 2018. I was told verbally and in writing that Ashely gave a one year manfacture's warranty. I also purchased a 4 year extended warranty from Ashley. At three months the server started warping peeling and fading. I sent pictures to Ashly customer Horror center. Within a few days I realized the table was starting to chip and fade in spots. I then notified Ashley that at 90 days
I could see the table starting to do the same. I even called their head office in Winnipeg and was advised that it was not under the 1 year nor the 4 year extended warranty because it was only cosmetic and not a defect. I served the parent The Defresne Goup Ltd with a small claims writ. Within a day they were on the phone offering to pick up the set full credit. However I turned down the offer as they refused to reimburse me for the finance fees, the extended warranty and court fees. 1,000 I shall be asking the judge for 2500 extra for storage costs. I had to and still have to store this mess in my kitchen

I got the dining table with scratches, the extensions broken and on top of that the back of the chairs keeps the prints when you touched them. Does not come back to normal. I want to return it and they say I have to pay the 25% or the value of the set. They just take advantage of the clients

Furniture is garbage! We spent over $5000 on a new living room set and the cushions compressed almost immediately. Ordered replacement ones and they forgot one, have been waiting months for the new cushion. In the meantime they are all crap again. The only thing worse than their product is their service.
Honestly our 10 year old set that we moved to the basement is better than this new set.

I ordered a bed (and a nightstand) online which it was one of the most expensive platform beds in Ashley furniture (SKU AFHS-1442279K). My order delivered on time, but the header part was broken (photo#1,#2). After several calls, Emails, and contacts with the unprofessional rude customer service, finally they arranged for the replacement delivery, so I got the replacement part after 2 months!!! BUT… the second delivery was worse than the first one, it shipped in an open box and was broken in several locations (photo#3).
I am tired of contacting them again and again or waiting for another 2 months to receive the replacement part as there is no guarantee if it won’t be broken again!!!
It was the worst experience I have ever had, totally wasting money and time. I do not recommend Ashley furniture to anyone and I will never purchase anything from them again.
