I recently moved to scarborough and my friend who bought all his appliances for his brand new home from here referred me to Billa Appliances. Since i renovated my whole home I refreshed all of my appliances as well. I did lot of research in advanced and knew exact model numbers i want to purchase. I provided them to Harpreet at Billa and guess the pricing were really surprising I literally felt i was getting highly over quotes other places. He was very thorough on product details and walked me through all other models as well. I ended up chaning my washer dryer model to stainless steel drum instead of pinted and i felt it was worth listening to him and though price elsewhere for that model was higher than what he gave me. I was given a vood deal on the warranty as well so i have all my appliances covered for 5 year. I did not wanted stuffs delivered for more than 3 month they maintained the price with very minimal deposit and stock for me. All was delivered at once and very delicately brought in my home by the delivery folks.

Recently my sister purchased her apartment applicances from the same place. And happy too.

I highly recommend this place for your small to big applicances.

Sandeep is friendly and super easy to chat with. He was helpful and fair with his prices. He was knowledagble and we kept coming back due to his great prices! ( he was able to beat all the major competitors which we were happy with )

I bought 4 sets of refrigerator and range for my rental property. The salesman, Sandeep, bit the on sale price from Home Depot. I keep going back because they always ask me the best deal.

We purchased a fridge, stove and dishwasher in the summer of 2016. The sales associate (Manny) was extremely knowledgeable, and helped us choose the best appliances to suit our needs. This was a much better experience than buying from a big box store.
The delivery people were excellent. We saved over $1000 from our local stores. We will definitely go back when it is time for our next washer and dryer.

This was my first puchase from Billa. I purchased 3 stoves and a fridge to furnish a new home and rental units. The sales representative was super helpful and able to identify the type (& model) of appliances I was looking for, and within by budget range. Best part was that they were flexible and able to deliver all 4 items in next 2 days. Prices quoted were very reasonable and the delivery guys were experienced and had no issues carrying the items to where they needed to go, despite stairs and narrow doors.

I had a great experience with Billa Appliances. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I purchased all my appliances from them - fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and range hood.

You won't be able to find better prices anywhere else. Their prices were so competitive I later bought my washer and dryer, as well as, my TV with them too! If you find a better price, they will work with you to either beat or match it.

I went into their store with several models in mind for each appliance. They patiently quoted me each appliance and helped me determine which appliance to get based on my needs.

Buyer beware! We purchased a full suite of LG appliances from the St Clair location. The salesman confirmed all appliances, except laundry were in stock before we purchased, and gave us a delivery date of August 13th. We purchased everything on July 19th and were told that laundry would arrive from manufacture before delivery date. We called a week prior to confirm all items were in stock, found out the fridge was no longer available and laundry pair yet to arrive. Every person I spoke to gave me the same run around, "wait a few more days" or "I will call you back", and they never did. We were skeptical of all the ETA dates provided and it seemed they had no idea when the outstanding items would arrive. Of course, any request for a refund resulted in us having to pay 20% restocking fee on items that they did not even have! We did some research and discovered that under the Consumer Protection Act, a business has 30 days to deliver product or a full refund without penalty is warranted. (https://www.ontario.ca/page/your-rights-under-consumer-protection-act). We gave them until Sept 13th to deliver and as we expected, no fridge or laundry pair were available. Spoke to Ramesh at Markham location, laid down our rights, and refund was issued immediately. Worse purchase ordeal we have ever faced! I admit prices are lower here compared to other retailers, but save yourself the headache/stress/time, and spend the extra money with a retailer that can deliver as promised. We ended up happy customers at CAS (I plan to write a review for them next)

On a separate note, during my shopping trips elsewhere after they failed to deliver, most retailers we visited would not price match Billa because quote on quote "they sell new and used appliances, however majority are used or refurbished, and don't arrive in appropriate boxes, like new ones". I can't confirm or deny this tidbit of detail, but just another warning for any potential customers here
