All Weather Windows Renovations

Overall very disappointing. Two thirds (16 of 24) of the windows and\or doors were delivered with damaged frames and a transom window broken. None were not cleaned after being manufactured. Lots of silicone caked on the frames and glass. Took hours to clean. AWW took 12 weeks to figure out that they were not going to do anything to fix them until the windows were installed. Unfortunately had to pay for them prior to being delivered, otherwise would have not accepted them.

We had 2 very large old metal patio doors approximately 97 converted to windows with 2 upward sliders in each. Looks fabulous!

It was a pleasure working with sales rep Gord on replacing the window in my study with a larger window.

Did all my windows over a series of 5 years, one floor at a time, the final ones in the basement were done in 2023. All Weather did them all.
Can't really think of any problems, installation was when expected and on all 3 occasions the crews were great.
The product are vinyl windows, still a little frost build up on inside on those in the cold winter days (really cold days), but nothing like my old windows!
Would have loved solid wood or composite frames, but who can afford those...
I was over all pleased with the service and the product.

Extremely pleased with the customer service. The windows were installed on time. The workers cleaned up after themselves. They cut concrete in the basement to accommodate a larger window, with no mess left behind. They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive, well worth the money. Already notice a difference with our triple pane windows, our house is much cooler this summer. Looking forward to see the difference come winter.

Excellent sales service from Ryan and the installation by Ernie and Robert was professional and efficient. Took time to explain the process and what the benefits would be of our new windows. A very positive experience overall.

The rep Ryan was professional, on time, knowledgeable and very personable. The window was installed exactly as promised. The installers were friendly, professional (even in the rain) and cleaned up everything. I would, and have, recommenced All Weather and believe she ordered her window as well.

We purchased windows and doors for a home renovation. Very happy with the products except the transom window above the entry door. The window develops frost all around the perimeter when it gets below -15C. All Weather says there is nothing wrong with it and probably due to high humidity in the house. I have explained that we monitor and control the humidity and no other windows in the house even collect condensate. I believe the setting of the window is a poor design and needs to be modified but All Weather says this is not a warrantee issue. Will have to pay a third party to correct the problem. Not happy.

All Weather Windows had excellent customer service as well as above average competence. We have already recommended them.

We choose All Weather Windows after getting three quotes. They were not the least expensive, however we felt that the sales person (Graham) was honest with us. We had windows replaced in a former home and were not happy with company that we used.
The install team was great as well (Rob).
We would definitely go with this combination again.
