terrible terrible service, Propane dept, Garbage dept, Toliet dept,
Acct dept is probably the worst out of all the dept they have they will just say whatever they want. I am lucky i only have a few months before i have until my contract is over.

Had issues but Terry in Calgary branch made everything right again. It was quit annoying for a little while but at the end it is all good again.
Hope other guys have same luck
lack of service
I have been with super save about 4 years. The toilet service was so bad we had to cancel just after it started. They would not come clean toilet for a week then come 2 or 3 times in one day. Now 2 years into garbage service they posted chk to wong acct ( one that was closed nearly 2 yaers ago. No call they just stop picking up garbage you call they say we are not coming because of lack of payment. I ask send me inv I did not pay. I fax back cashed chk, so now they change inv # again in 20 min we fax cashed chk. Now they just wont call back. I have a garbage bin that gets emptied 3 times a week I cant use. No where for garbage after mywife and I calling 20 times and sending multiple unanswered e mails a lady calls from acct dept. After we proved they cashed the chk approx. 10 months ago no sorry nothing. Now they say I cant cancel or change my contract I am stuck. Now I understand why there last 9 google reviews in Calgary 8 were 1 star. In the 5 year contract you have a 30-60 window to cancel
