I was frustrated with salesmen in my quest to replace my fridge, until I happened to ask Dave a question. What luck! Not only was he patient, caring and communicative, but extremely knowledgeable of available products both in the store and what's available to order (his father owned an appliance store so he knows his stuff inside out!). Although he was trying to leave early to go away with his family for the weekend, he took time to explain everything to me until i was confident re making a decision. I am so grateful for his help. He turned a stressful event into fun! If you go to Canadian Appliance, do yourself a favour and ask for Dave Thomas !
