Jamie has been very helpfull, patient and accomodating with some changes we've made for the purchase of our new kitchen appliances. He gave us some time to think about our purchase and was not pushy at all. It was a great experience to deal with him and would repeat it anytime.

BUYERS BEWARE. Dealing with customer's service is a NIGHTMARE.
I been trying to get a solution from these people for the last 2 months with no satisfaction at all.
After numerous phone calls and endless emails they only keep me running around in circles asking repeatedly to fill up complains forms (I submitted a few of them) and the answer is that I have to submit the same complain form over and over again. I finally realized that the philosophy here is "YOU BOUGH IT YOUR PROBLEM"
I am very disappointed wit this HORRIBLE company.
ESTAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Alex from the Ottawa location was very helpful and knowledgeable. He listened closely to what we needed and hooked us up with a nice set of appliances to outfit our new kitchen. I liked that he didn't pressure us into spending more than he felt we needed to in order to get what we needed from our kitchen. And the pricing for what we got seems very competitive.

Delivery was quick and the guys who brought them were professional. There was a minor glitch along the way but our delivery was a little more complicated than most - it was an honest mistake made worse by some environmental issues going on at the time outside of the store's control. It wasn't a big deal.

All in all, no hesitation recommending them. Here's hoping the appliances live up to the shopping experience so far!

George Moutoulas was a wonderful rep who really helped us out in a pinch. Other retailers had stiffed us and were unable to deliver what we ordered. I called George, and he gave me a better price, and no lip service - thanks George! You really helped us.

I went to CAS for their selection, and their process. The showroom was well laid-out and beat the other Big Box store layouts. I was fortunate enough to have Adib Narang help me with my purchase and he went out of his way to help me get what I needed. He was able to arrange delivery of our appliances within 4 days of ordering and I could not be happier with the price and service that Adib and CAS provided. I compared prices with the other 2 Big Box retailers afterwards, and their sale prices weren't as good as CAS' regular price. I highly recommend them. Thanks Adib!

I was having a very hard time picking out a dishwasher. Got very used to the salesmen's spiels. When I called Canadian Appliance and spoke with Ryan Noble I got very honest answers to my questions which made me feel very good about my decision on which dishwasher to buy and placed an order right away. The whole process took a very short time, and within an hour my dad was picking up my dishwasher for me. Ryan was friendly and professional and I would recommend him and Canadian Appliance to anyone.

Glad to know I can phone Charles Wolbert and enjoy every process of the experience. Coming out with the best price and a few smiles in between. So happy I chose Canadian Appliance again. Will not go elsewhere, now that my contact is Charles!
