Our Cyclone range hood was installed as a part of a new build with a move in date of May 2021. Around November 2021, the range hood stopped working. We were able to confirm with our electrician the outlet was getting power and power was present going into the high voltage side of the range hood control board. So it was not a outlet/breaker issue. I did some further troubleshooting of the control board and determined it was likely an AC to DC supply issue on the board.
Amidst the Covid19 pandemic, it would understandably take a long time to schedule service to have a technician perform the repair. I reached out to Cyclone directly and discussed having a replacement board sent to me. Stephanie was the service rep I was corresponding with and not only did she send out a replacement board, she sent me detailed instructions on how to replace the board plus contact information to their technical team in case I ran into issues.
Needless to say, the replacement part did the trick! The rangehood is working now. It is rare to find a company that sends parts under warranty to their customers. I am very pleased to have experienced this level of support from Cyclone.
