I read a good review about this company and I have paid the service fee based on their estimate in early May. I was told the first application will be 2-3 weeks. Two months had passed no one showed up. Whenever I called the company no one picked up as if they only work certain days and hours of week. Left voicemail twice but I they returned my call when I was not available and I called them back no one answered. In a meantime I had to start my front yard construction so I left the voicemail to cancel the service. I even emailed them not to show up anymore. The very next day at 8:15 am, they showed up so that I won’t be able to cancel anymore. I was disgusted by their actions. I had to tell the guy I have already canceled. Luckily I just happened to be outside. I deliberately didn’t pull out weeds this season because I thought they were applying weed control like they said they would. It’s unfortunate but the receptionist was never nice and friendly. I should have known that they are NOT interested in new customers. They may have running the business over decades but stay away from this company if you are a new customer.
