I am a homeowner in the Lakeshore Village development in Port Credit, Mississauga and my Country Homes experience has been extraordinary from start to finish. Although the sales office was absolutely packed with people when I was buying, I feel very fortunate I that acquired one of the Lakeshore Village townhouse units. My decor consultation was amazing, with an array of finishes to choose from, which the decor staff tailored to fit my budget and the aesthetic I had in my mind for my home. When I finally took possession of my home, everything inside was completed to my expectation, except for a few minor deficiency that I found during my PDI and the first month in my home. This was no surprise to me seeing as Country Homes is such a large scale builder, and my communication with the service department was always positive, they were honest with what I should be expecting, and helped me with my initial concerns.

Anthony and Mara oversaw the project from beginng and what customer skills they had. A fabulous builder everything in the house far exceeded our expectations. We had vey few problems with the build and was so surprised when home was completed on time.
The standards in the home were some of the best we have seen builders use, landscaping also beautiful. After care...nothing was a problem with the service department a year or more later everything still solid.
Would we recommend or buy a home from them again? Absolutely we have nothing but the highest regards for Country homes.

Unavoidable delays I encountered leading up to possession of my new home are a thing of the past and Country homes certainly went over and above with the quality of the home build and customer service provided. I am thrilled with my new home! Country homes did an outstanding job!! Not only was I impressed with my new home - Country homes exceeded my expectations and still continues to do so. Moving into a new build there will always be little things here and there that need special attention - the service afterwards that continues to be provided is outstanding. Special thanks to Mark the fantastic Service Guy - who continues to wow me with every interaction. I recently had a small leak ... Mark promptly came to my house and took care of it - professional and extremely courteous. A few days later he came back to make sure that everything was ok and that nothing further needed to be attended to. The work environment that Country Homes provides for their employees certainly reflects on their day to day work and passion and professionalism in everything they do.

Both Mara and Anthony are also extremely efficient and respond very quickly and professionally to every request (not that there have been allot by any means) The onsite construction crew has also been helpful and always pleasant with any questions or requests.

Customer Service is rare in todays world - but I have received nothing but top notch service from this builder !!

I was pleasantly surprised with how wonderful the service and quality I received from Country Homes was. Their service department is like no other!! I purchased a townhome based on plans from Country Homes Ltd (C.H.L.) in the summer of 2014. I was extremely nervous about doing so as I have never bought a preconstruction home and have heard some horror stories from others that have done so through other builders.

After some unavoidable delays (ex. trades strike, LIUNA) I moved into my home in February 2017. I am in love with the home that C.H.L. has built. They did not "cheap out" on anything in regards to the townhome. The people I met at the Presentation Centre (2014) were very helpful and the Décor Centre staff (thanks Nadia, Veronica and the two other ladies that helped me) offered expert advice on picking upgrades and finishes. The staff that are on the actual build site have been very supportive and responsive to my needs as well (thanks site coordinator Anthony P. and Mike).

Anthony Rinomato (V.P. of C.HL.) conducted the PDI (pre-delivery inspection) and assured me that the minor deficiencies would be addressed. Anthony was a pleasure to work with and Mark (Customer Service) was very attentive to my noted concerns from the 30-Day inspection.

In the end, Country Homes delivered on what I felt they were offering; a beautiful , tastefully completed townhome that has proven to be a great home and investment for my family and I. I would recommend this builder to anyone without hesitation or reservation . They are big enough to get in the quality sub-trades but small enough to truly give their customers a personal touch (like a custom home). They are certainly not the McDonalds of home building as they have clearly chosen a path of quality over quantity, a reputation they have a reason to be proud of. Thanks again Country Homes Limited!

I recently moved in to my new town home in lakeshore village and had some minor concerns about the finishes. I also required my counter tops to be removed before the install of new ones. Anthony and Mike were very accommodating in sending their guys in the very same day of the closing to address my concerns. The counter tops were removed without damage and touch ups were done to my liking. Thank you for the amazing service.

I purchased a townhome from country homes. I have never bought a new construction home before and not sure what to expect. The whole experience with country homes has been very professional, I was kept up to date with the whole process from the time I purchased until I took possession. The Quality of the build and materials are far superior from other new builds I have seen.
The Country Homes staff have been very polite, efficient and helpfull throughout the process.

We have never bought pre-construction before I had no clue what to ask or look for when we bought, but I can tell you that they built a great product and it surpasses our expectations. The extra steps they took to ensure quality continue to WOW us, and I had no idea they were going to do that stuff. We are very happy with the quality, and the customer service from Anthony and Mara has been outstanding. My friends have purchased pre-construction only to be disappointed, but we lucked out big time with Country Homes as our builder. I highly recommend them.

Couldn't be happier with the quality of workmanship and the excellent service from Country Homes. The experience of buying a new home has been more than phenomenal and such a smooth process. The staff and workers are always friendly and are always willing to help if something goes wrong. Other home builders need to start taking a page out of Country Homes' book with the way they treat their customers. Excellent experience. Hoping to buy another home from their Milton West location.
