They Don’t care about customer needs, they changed the quote last minute at the premises when the container was loaded and I had no more choice. Hidden charges which result in extra cost and lots of problems at destination. When I complained nobody want to help me and they tried blame me for their lack of seriousness. Poor service. I’m very disappointed. I will never recommend their services even to my worst enemy.

The process of receiving our family furniture after a death in the family overseas, was a seamless and positive experience. Orbit's administration in Toronto was helpful and instructional throughout the arrival and Customs process. The delivery men were exceptional. They were gentle and considerate of our goods, and efficient and helpful with delivery and installation. Our only additional comment, with feedback on the process - would be that since there were two companies involved (Shipper from Netherlands, Receiver/Orbit Toronto) - that it would have been helpful to have the documentation requirements in advance of the arrival week when everything had to happen very quickly to clear customs. Perhaps each company believed the other would provide this information in advance; but 5 days notice is insufficient for special documentation required for Customs (eg; verified/authentic copies of Will documents etc). This is 'additional' feedback on an otherwise excellent experience. Thank you for making this process of receiving our antiques & memories - a seamless and positive experience.

Needed a mover for international move with short notice Jared set everything up in a day and helped pack last minute things. The process was quick and easy everything arrived quickly and in good condition.

Moved me from Ajax, Ontario back to London, England. Customer service rep was very helpful and all my goods arrived with no issues.

Would definitely use again as the whole process was seamless. (As seamless as moving continents can be anyways!)

The whole experience from Israel to Toronto was handled very efficiently and smooth. WONDERFUL experience on such a " stressful " activity.

We have a shipment from Singapore. Our experience with the shipment company in Singapore was less than stellar. Fortunately , our experience with Orbit Movers was great. Miss Bobak provided us with clear instructions and ensure that all the relevant forms were filled in. Our items were delivered promptly upon arrival and the delivery crew did an excellent job.

We hired Orbit for a Toronto -> San Francisco move. We had packed a few boxes ourselves before hiring them. Once we did, they insisted they would pack the rest and this had to be done for insurance purposes. Other than taking a week or two longer than promised delivery in SF, everything seemed to go well that is until we unpacked our boxes and we realized not only was the box containing our Nintendo Wii-U console, controllers and game, missing but it wasn't even accounted for in our original packing list prepared by their movers. We were both home and helped pack day of and both of us remember having the Orbit team pack this item and load it onto their truck. When we reported this to them we were basically met with a shrug. They said it wasn't found in their warehouse and since it hadn't been counted as part of the cube of boxes we received in SF, there was nothing we could do. The insurance value was below our deductible due to us packing a few boxes ourself, we couldn't get full coverage. Their claims person did not seem to understand email about it and kept sending generic emails about "Damages" as if she wasn't even reading them. No apologies, no offer to make it right.

I do not recommend using this moving company. If you've already signed a contract with them, count every box they load onto the truck, and note all valuables and what boxes they were placed in. Do not just rely on their list! Even if you have to get them to unpack the truck to do a proper count, do it! Otherwise, do not expect to see everything on the other end. For the price we paid for this service (4kCAD), you would think they would a get everything from point A to B.

The team were responsive and flexible to our needs (including deciding to ship a car at the last minute!) and overall took great care of our belongings and the process.

The moving crew was also careful and professional making sure to wrap and box everything carefully - filling a 40 foot container in the process! Most important they were efficient and on time based on the agreed plan.

Overall a happy experience with Orbit and their partners (for door to door service) for what can be a stressful and difficult experience - they managed to make it easier and smoother. Highly recommended.
